1. Management Panel Alignet One

To gain access to your payment monitoring centre, contact: WooCommerce > Alignet One Transactions. That panel is divided into three key tools:
Visualizes the detailed history of all payment attempts.
  • Advanced filters: Search by status (Approved, Denied) and date ranges.
  • Individual Detail: Access Gateway’s transaction IDs for bank reconciliations.

No more need to get into the Alignet One To give back money. Can you do total or partial reimbursement directly from WooCommerce.

How to conduct a revern?

  1. Go to WooCommerce > Requests and select the desired order.
  2. Click the button “Extort with Alignet One”.
  3. The system will process an application S2S (Server-to-Server) with the gateway.

4. Asynchronous methods (QR / PagoEfectivo)

For non-instant methods, the flow follows a logic of deferred confirmation:
  1. The order is created as Stand by (on-hold).
  2. The client pays his or her bank or agent app.
  3. Alignet One sends a notice S2S To your store.
  4. The plugin gets the sign and changes the status to Processing Auto.
Important: If your server’s under maintenance or under a firewall that blocks the IP from Alignet Onethe status of the order shall not be updated automatically. Always check the Loks If this happens.
