03 / ORDER LIFECYCLE

REGISTRATION

Pending payment

The order is created as “Pending payment” while the transaction is completed.

PAYMENT APPROVED

Processing

The order moves to “Processing” or “Completed”, depending on your configuration, and the customer is notified by email.

FAILURE OR CANCELLATION

Failed or cancelled

If payment is declined or the customer closes the window, the order is marked as “Failed” or “Cancelled”.
