03 / ORDER LIFECYCLE

Payment states are reflected

REGISTRATION

Awaiting payment

The order is created as “Awaiting payment” or “Pending”.

PAYMENT APPROVED

Payment accepted

The order moves to “Payment accepted” and you can start preparing it.

FAILURE OR CANCELLATION

Payment error or cancelled

If payment is declined or the customer leaves the flow, the order is marked as “Payment error” or “Cancelled”.
