# Dynamic reports

> Create customized queries and download the results.

Dynamic reports let users select the fields or tags they need and download order information.

  <Step title="Open the download option">From the orders screen, open the **Download** query.</Step>
  <Step title="Design the report">Select the required fields and avoid fields that the merchant does not send during processing.</Step>
  <Step title="Generate the file">Download the result as `.txt`, `.xls`, or `.csv`.</Step>

## Limits and recommendations

* A report can include up to **100,000 records**.
* Excel data is split into sheets of **12,000 records**.
* You do not need to wait for a confirmation email.
* Select only necessary fields; fields not sent by the merchant appear empty.
