Open the management menu and select **Order search**. Filter by order number, masked card, date range, status, currency, amount, mall, or merchant. Select the order number link to access its complete details. Searching for orders in VPayment Web ## Review details The detail page can show plan, installment, terminal, additional tags, and—depending on the result—the authorization code or decline or invalidity reason. Order details in VPayment Web ## Reverse an order A merchant administrator can reverse an **Authorized** order from its detail page. When completed, its status changes to **Reversed** and remains available for queries. Reversing an authorized order in VPayment Web Approval and fund return timing depend on the issuing bank. If a reversal fails, contact the support channel defined by your acquirer.
