# VPayment Web
> Manage merchant orders, operations, reports, and users.
VPayment Web is the administrative system used by authorized merchant users to review and operate on transactions recorded during authorization.
This guide does not apply to merchants in Peru. V-Payment is offered regionally and procedures may vary by country. To confirm the appropriate process, contact [integraciones@alignet.com](mailto:integraciones@alignet.com).
## What you can do
* Review order details and current status.
* Identify decline reasons or invalid data.
* Reverse authorized orders, subject to permissions and acquirer rules.
* Prepare batches for Base II processing or settlement.
* Generate customized reports.
* Manage users and access.
Available options depend on the user type, acquirer, country, and applicable commercial agreements.
Understand order statuses and VCI results.
Search, review, and reverse orders.
Design and download dynamic reports.
Manage users, personal data, and passwords.
