# Requirements and environment

> Technical and operational conditions for integrating Alignet Redirect.

## Business requirements

* An active or in-development website, or active social networks.
* A valid SSL certificate.
* At least one technical person responsible for the integration.
* Confirmation from the acquirer that Redirect applies to the merchant and country.

## Published technical components

| Java     | Axis2, Jersey, and JSR/Jersey libraries included in the integration kit |
| C# / VB  | `System.Text` and `System.Security.Cryptography`                        |
| PHP      | PHP 5, OpenSSL 0.9.7 or later, HASH, XML, and SOAP                      |

## Integration environment

* Available 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday.
* Support from 09:00 to 18:00 on business days.
* Times are expressed in Peru time, GMT-5.
* Results must be sent to the responsible integration specialists.

## Published compatibility

The guide covers Chrome and Firefox on PC, Chrome on Android, and Safari 10 or later on iPhone, iPad, and macOS. Also test the current versions used by your buyers.
