# Customer experience

> Configure how customers view and complete payments in PrestaShop checkout.

The module Alignet One is natively integrated with the PrestaShopby adapting visually to your template and ensuring a secure experience.

## 1. Methods of Visualization

You can decide how payment options are grouped into your final purchase form.

### Separated Mode (Recommended)

That mode engulves every payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Yape, PagoEfectivo) as an individual choice with their respective official icon.

* **Beneficiaries:** Increased customer confidence by recognizing family logos from the start.
* **Flow:**
  1. The client select his preferred method (e.g.: **Yape**).
  2. Loan secure form Alignet One.
  3. The client confirms payment.
  4. Automatic Retirement to the store success page.

### "Together" mode

Gather all methods under a single generic selector Alignet One. When select, the SDK of Alignet One with all options inside a single block.

## 2. Request Confirmation Page

After processing the transaction, the client receives immediate visual feedback from the confirmation page PrestaShop:

| Recovery result | Visual Indicator | Meaning                                                                       |
| :-------------- | :--------------- | :---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Successful**  | **Green**        | "Confirmed order!" Transaction approved by the issuer.                        |
| **Outstanding** | **Yellow**       | "To demand." Waiting for confirmation (ej: Deposit PagoEfectivo).             |
| **Rejected**    | **Red**          | "Rejected payment." The transaction was rejected and another means suggested. |

**The success page includes:**

* Order and reference number.
* Product and quantity details.
* Safe return button to storage.

## 3. Compatibility with Checkouts

The module is optimized to run with the standards of PrestaShop:

* **Standard Checkout:** The native flow of 5 steps or 1 step (OPC).
* **Personalised themes:** Compatible with most templates *PrestaShop Addons* That respect official payment hooks.

  If you are using a third party "One Page Checkout" module, make sure that you are set up to refresh payment methods as the client changes his or her sending address.
