# Executive dashboard

> Select a period and explore the operational monitoring views.

The dashboard brings together operational information. Before interpreting results, check the period and organization shown in the dashboard context.

## Choose a period

1. Open **Dashboard ejecutivo**.
2. Select **7 días**, **30 días**, **90 días** or **Personalizado** (custom).
3. Check the comparison period indicated by the system.
4. Use the internal navigation to move through the dashboard sections.

| Section in the interface | Content |
| - | - |
| Resumen | General operational indicators. |
| Evolución | Daily count, amount and approval, compared with the previous period. |
| Patrón semanal | Operation counts by day and Lima time; this does not represent amounts. |
| Comercios | Top 5, Top 10 or Top 20 ranking, sorting and operation concentration. |
| Estrategia | Map of the 20 highest-volume merchants and comparison with a previous period of equal length. |

> During the review, indicators and charts remained in a loading state. Controls and labels were checked, but calculations and results were not verified. **Opportunity Radar** was marked **Próximamente** (coming soon).

## If the dashboard keeps loading

Do not interpret empty areas as zero values. Check your connection and selected period. If the issue persists, report the module, time and period to support through the authorized channel, without attaching customer data.
