[← Command Center guide](https://docs.alignet.com/en/command-center/introduction.md)01 / ACCESS AND NAVIGATION

## Before you begin

You need an account enabled by your organization. Do not share your password or use another person's credentials.

This guide keeps the original Spanish interface labels so you can identify the controls on screen.

1. Open [Command Center](https://command.alignet.io/login) and check the domain.
2. Enter your email in **Correo electrónico** and password in **Contraseña**.
3. Select **Acceder al Command Center**.
4. If an additional verification appears, follow the process enabled for your account.

The screen offers **Recuperar acceso** (recover access) and **Mantener sesión activa** (stay signed in). Avoid staying signed in on shared devices.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Access recovery and additional verification were not tested during this guide's review.

## Main menu

| Module in the interface | Purpose |
| - | - |
| Dashboard ejecutivo | Review operational indicators and charts. |
| Gestión de entidades | Find merchants, acquirers, payment facilitators and gateways. |
| Catálogos | Find brands, payment methods and processors. |
| Transacciones | Search operations and review payment attempts. |
| Usuarios | Find and manage users within your authorized scope. |
| Roles | Review the permissions assigned to each role. |

The sidebar includes **Fijar menú expandido** to keep the menu expanded. The header shows the module path and a dark-mode control.

## If an option is missing

Confirm your organization and permissions with your administrator. A missing module or disabled control does not necessarily mean an error: it may depend on your role, require a previous selection or be marked **Próximamente** (coming soon).

## Share evidence safely

Before sending a screenshot, hide names, emails, documents, bank accounts, card data, keys and real identifiers. Do not share technical input or output payloads in public channels.
